RETURN POLICY
At Styleezi, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we accept returns within 7 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Log in to your Styleezi account and go to the "Order History" section.

Select the order containing the item you want to return.

Follow the instructions to generate a return request.

Pack the item securely in the original packaging, including all accessories and tags.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 15 business days.

Refunds are issued for the product value; shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please initiate a return following the steps above and place a new order for the desired item on our website.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our Customer Support team at support@styleezi.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund.
Exceptions
Certain items, such as final sale or personalized items, may not be eligible for return or refund. Please check the product description for any exceptions.
